My family has connections in Bacchus Marsh where we have lived for over 60 years, my Great Grandfather and Grandfather ran a  property in Whelan's Road Parwan and many connections have farming properties in Myrniong & Korobeit.

I was educated at St Bernard's Primary School, Salesian College, Sunbury and Bacchus Marsh High School.

I commenced employment in Melton in 1979 in the Commercial Bank of Australia, Mundy's Concrete Tanks and CSR Wood Panels up to 1994.

I furthered my own self-development from 1997 - 2000 completing a Graduate Diploma of Business and Master of Business Administration at the University of Ballarat.

In 1994 I commenced employment with CFA in the Finance & Administration field and launched my own Management Consultancy in 1997.

Since 1997 I have built up a large client base and been involved in many major projects across Victoria, NSW, South and Western Australia.

I am an active member of the Bacchus Marsh Volunteer CFA Fire Brigade, Djerriwarrh Health Services & Lions Club of Bacchus Marsh to name a few.
